In Hand Salary (month)	12,000 + 1,500 (Gov. Stipend) = 13,500/-
Over Time Rate	Single OT
In Hand Salary for 26 Working days	12,000+ 1,500 (Gov.Stipend) + 700 (Attendance) + 3000 (OT) = 17,200/-
Monthly Attendance Bonus	700/- for 100% attendance (26 working days in a month)
